Last night was my sister's annual Christmas Cookie party and ornament exchange. Good times, as always. Especially since right in the middle of the party there was a blackout and there wasn't a light in the entire neighborhood. It was actually kind of exciting.

I decided to make truffles as my treat to share.
I felt very Chocolat while making these... well, pretty much anything that involves melting chocolate I feel very Chocolat...
I tried channeling a bit of Vianne in my outfit choice, but more on that later.
I decided to experiment with different toppings... I had plain chocolate, coconut, chopped walnuts, cocoa powder and powdered sugar. They're really easy to make. Mix 8oz of melted semi-sweet chocolate with 8oz of cream cheese, refrigerate for 1 hour.. roll into balls and choose your topping! Bon Appetite!
great...now where's the pics?! haha!
