I just got my Holga pictures developed from my trip to Big Bear back in January. It was my first and only time ever being in the snow, but I have to admit-- I kind of miss it. Being snowed-in in a warm, cozy cabin and watching the snow fall outside and waking up to gorgeous views of bright blue skies against a winter wonderland. Another trip is a must! But for now I need to think spring! think spring! think spring!....

I love snow, but hate cold weather. These pictures are beautiful
ReplyDeleteoh wow. these are amazing. don't you just love the holga? we need to use ours more...well, it's my husband's. maybe i should just steal it from time to time ;)
ReplyDeletei can't believe there was so much snow in big bear! i never made it there in the 6 years i was living in LA, even though we talked about it every winter. le sigh.
as beautiful as the scenery is, I do not miss snow and cold weather at all. If I could give you ours this next year, I would be happy to :)

Whenever I see photos of snow I think they're gorgeous, and it's funny you generally don't see photos of snow in the summertime. It's like they're gorgeous, but we're ready for warm weather. Not me! I agree with you--winter is my favorite season.

Stunning pictures! I miss the snow
ReplyDeleteHow pretty! My husband grew up in Big Bear (yes, people live their year-round), but since his parents moved before we met, he hasn't taken me there yet. I'm so making sure he does next winter though!
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful pictures! Love your blog, I'm a follower now.
