I was looking around the internet for some of those reusable bags that fold up into themselves that I can just stick in my purse, or my apron pocket in case I decide to do some spontaneous shopping after work when I stumbled across these adorable reusable lunch bags (don't even call them lunch pails!). How cute are the tiger, rabbit, dog and panda?! I mean seriously now. Doesn't it make you want to take a field trip to the zoo with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a juice box? And for those of you who don't suffer from the Peter Pan syndrome like myself, look at those retro-inspired cloth lunch bags. Tres eco-chic!

these are so so cute :)
ReplyDeleteThose are very cute.
ReplyDeleteI actually made a bunch of the reusable shopping bags that roll up nice and small to fit in purses this year as stocking stuffers. I'm actually going to do a DIY post with instructions on how to make them on my blog in the next few days. http://required2beinspired.blogspot.com/ if you are interested. They are SOOO easy to make and I use them all the time!
I totally have the pink panda bag. I worked for a bit at a kitchen ware store, and we carried a whole line of those animal bags.
ReplyDeleteI love these bags, because they zip all the way flat. It's supposed to be so you can use them as a place mat and wipe them clean. For the longest time, I used the panda as a travel bag for makeup, incase anything exploded or leaked in route, I could just wipe it out and nothing would be ruined.
The first ones are so cute!! I have been looking for a good lunch bag also but have yet to find one that isn't boring or frumpy. I'll have to look at those ones!
ReplyDeleteNatasha, that sounds so awesome! I'll check it out, I want to make some of my own!
ReplyDeleteKatiemade, I'm so glad you have good things to say about the bags, because I bought the tiger one, haha. That's a really good idea about using it for cosmetics when traveling-- I'll definitely keep it in mind on my next trip.
ahh those animal ones are soo cute. I usually just take my lunch in a plastic bag, but these would make the lunch hour so much more fun. :)
