I found a really good deal on a bookshelf at Big Lots the other day, and I thought it would be a perfect way to display my shoes. Well, some of them, at least: all my sandals, flats, tennis shoes (TOMS, Vans, etc.) are in my closet, but the pretty ones I like to keep out. Unfortunately, 5 shelves does not provide a sufficient amount of space for my near-100-pair collection. So I chose the prettiest of the bunch to be proudly displayed on the bookshelf. I love the way they look all lined up-- it makes me want to wear each of them more. I should try to plan an outfit around every single pair I have, hmm... I might be on to something here.

The second picture, last pair. I have a pair of Steve Madden flats with the exact same pattern. CUTE! And I have the same leopard open toe wedges. LOVE EM! I'm so envious of your shoe collection!!
ReplyDeleteoh, I would love to have those in some flats! It's such a pretty print. And aren't those leopard ones the best? they're surprisingly comfortable for how cute they are.
ReplyDeleteHmmm, how divine! :)
ReplyDeleteI love the way you've displayed your shoes and the shoes themselves are great too!
ReplyDeleteI love your show collection...I am super envious!!
ReplyDeleteWow, om nom nom shoes! I have about 5 pairs, but I've never been much of a shoe person.
ReplyDeleteIronically I watched a TV show last night called My Strange Addiction about a woman who was addicted to buying shoes. haha
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness. I wish my shoe collection was this big and amazing. I love those red strappy ones next to the sparkly oxfords. So cute!
ReplyDeleteWe are officially jealous of your shoe collection. And love the way you have them displayed on the shelf...amazing! Great photos, too. :)

First picture! The ones with the laces! Where are those from?! Absolutely love them.
ReplyDeleteI was watching My Strange Addiction today and they had a girl on with a shoe addiction. (who also had them on display) I thought of you. Is it a coincidence that you posted about your shoes on the same day? I don't think so.
ReplyDeleteKendra: Forever 21!
ReplyDeleteMelissa: You should go on My Strange Addiction for your addiction to ridiculous TLC shows.
I think I just broke my keyboard by drooling on it!
ReplyDeleteAre Forever 21 shoes comfortable??
ReplyDeleteI've always been curious to try them but they look rather painful and un-cushioned.
@LC: Just use insoles and heel protectors. I buy mine at Payless. Don't know how I lived before I discovered these feet savers!
ReplyDeleteI am so very jealous of your shoe collection!
ReplyDeleteYou have some amazing shoes. I love the idea of them being on display. You should definitely plan an outfit around each - I'd love to see that.
ReplyDeleteAmazing shoes, I found the same on this site Originalluxury
